Make sure that you uploaded evidence of hotel reservation (with AQ or SHA+ hotels) that includes airport pick-up and RT-PR test (please see hotel requirements below).
Registration with only 2nd dose will be rejected.
Make sure that you upload evidence of BOTH doses (1/2 & 2/2) of vaccination (except Johnson & Johnson).
Files that cannot be read will be rejected.
Make sure that all files uploaded can be read clearly.
Upload only JPG, JPEG or PNG files PDF files are not supported.
Use non-hotmail/outlook email to register the system does not yet support registrations with hotmail or outlook accounts.
Problems with Thailand Pass Registration? Try the following.
There is no need to register again for Thailand Pass.
Those who have already been issued COEs before 1 November 2021 may use their COEs to enter Thailand.
Travellers must show a QR Code generated through the Thailand Pass system upon check-in and arrival in Thailand.
All travellers wishing to enter Thailand must complete pre-travel registration via "Thailand Pass" () AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE.
